The Mini Circle?

The Mini Circle? I was definitely asleep at the wheel on this one. I pride myself on finding out about all the latest As Seen On TV items as people start to talk about them, but if it wasn't for a Hubber named Mini Circle, I think I would have missed this entirely. But, I don't the Mini Circle news would have gone unnoticed for long.

The Mini Circle, (I'm assuming because it hasn't been released yet) is a newer version of the As Seen On TV smash hit the Ab Circle Pro and if this is true then, LOOK OUT!

By looking at the pictures of The Mini Circle it's apparent that the manufacturer is not hiding from the similarities between it and the Ab Circle Pro. In fact it's nearly impossible to tell the difference at first glance. Upon further study you will notice the the Mini Circle's base is not completely round like the Ab Circle. It seems a bit smaller but I can't tell exactly how much, and the workout method seems the same which will be awesome.

I did find a Mini Circle Press release which announces the upcoming launch and a little bit about the product. Fitness Celebrity Jennifer Nicole Lee is involved with this product and she says this in the Press Release.

Making the Mini Circle allowed me to keep all of the exclusive features of the Ab Circle Pro, such as its circular technology, but make it more cost efficient to manufacture, and then sell. I am proud to announce that my Mini Circle is at an average retail value of $99.00, cutting the price down of about $100. This new price point will allow so many able to purchase, due to it being more affordable. (Mini Circle Press Release )

If you read more of the release you come to find out that the Mini Circle is a way to bring the benefits and success of the Ab Circle Pro to the people who were interested in using it, but not at the average retail price of around $200. This makes a lot of sense because the Ab Circle was, and still is, a very good fitness product. Jennifer Nicole Lee spends a lot of time filming her workouts and doing explanation videos showing people how to use the Ab Circle Pro to effectively enhance their workouts. If people use her as an example, use the Ab Circle Pro properly and follow a diet plan, their level of fitness and abdominal toning should be greatly enhanced.

Jennifer Nicole Lee's track record with my favorite As Seen On TV Fitness product, the Ab Circle Pro, is proof positive that JNL is dedicated to helping the world get fit and practices what she preaches. I can't think of another celebrity who uses the products they endorse more openly than Jennifer. There must be a zillion video clips of her working out and also training with normal every day people. I know JNL looks amazing, and is a renowned fitness model, but she was a fattie. Using her Ab Circle Pro as part of her training method she dropped around 80lbs and toned herself into the awesome beauty she is today. And with her Ab Circle Pro and upcoming Mini Circle, she is able pursue her dream of making us a healthier and more fit society.

I buy a lot of As Seen On TV stuff, and some of is junk but like the Ab Circle Pro, some of it is terrific. In my opinion there are some pretty good products out there and I'll mention them below, but the Ab Circle Pro is the most effective and therefor most popular piece of at home fitness equipment on the market. Although a bit pricey, the less expensive but presumably comparable Mini Circle will be a better bang for our buck.

So let's await the April 25th release of the Mini Circle and watch as Jeniffer Nicole Lee gets behind the next big thing!

As Seen On TV Fitness Items and Mini Circle

Like I said above there are a lot of As Seen On TV Fitness Items on the market and I won't sit here and say they are all good and I endorse them all. But there are a few worth noting. Are they as effective as the AB Circle Pro or what we assume will be the equally effective Mini Circle?

Probably not, but keep in mind they are different products and each have a different approach to fitness and how to achieve. Although I've stated and restated that the Ab Circle Pro is my favorite, there is another product that is probably better,  The Perfect Punch.

The Perfect Push Up - I got the perfect push up a few years ago and loved it from the very first rep. Push Ups are something you can do without a gym membership. You can do them in the park, in your home, in a hotel, and even in the office when you need to get the blood flowing. People have been doing push ups for hundreds of years and they effectively work the chest, arms, shoulders and abdominal muscles if your form is right.

What push ups lack is the extended dip and rotation of the wrists which allow you to get a deeper stretch and work your entire chest from different angles. That's what the perfect push up allows you to do. It's basically to handles on a rotating raised circular base. When you dip down your grip will naturally twist one way and when you push up from your unusually deep stretch your hands rotate back creating the perfect push up. When you start doing them for the first time, you can immediately feel your chest burning in places you may have never felt before. It's an amazing feeling and a great little piece of equipment.

The Ab Rocket - Yep I like the Ab Rocket but not for the reasons you may think. If you go take a look a the Ab Rocket you see it's an ab machine you sit in and basically rock back and forth while taking the load off your back and creating advantageous posture to isolate your ab muscle while you work them. I say fine, who cares. My trick is to flip it around and put your legs on the long end where your back was supported and use the machine to work your lower abs and legs. It's basically a reverse move and it's awesome.

The Bender Ball - The Bender Ball is really just a Swiss Ball but Leslie Bender's training method is what makes this stability ball workout really good. Everyone should have some type of stability ball because they are fun, different, and challenging. Through the Bender Method you effectively isolate your core muscles and work them while the whole time creating foot, leg, hip and lower back strength through the constant use of these muscles to stay "stable". Stability Ball Workouts are quick, easy and cheap, so the Bender Ball is a really good As Seen ON TV Product.

The Contour Abs Belt - Well the jury is still out on this one and it's an As Seen On TV product we all hope and pray, and pray some more that it works, because the contour abs is an electronic abs belt which uses electronic muscle stimulation to force contractions from your Ab Muscles. In theory the EMS will do the work for you and your abs will be working while you put this belt on, flip the switch and watch TV or perhaps pound some chips. It's controversial because EMS does work for a lot of things and it is very effective when strengthening and toning weak muscles. So in theory this should translate well to the abs and tone those muscle. Mine certainly feels like it does but does it burn fat and make you thin? Probably not. It will give you some really great muscles under your fat though.

The Contour Abdominal Belt is just the reason I love the Ab Circle Pro, and probably the Mini Circle, so much. Unlike the Contour Abs, Jennifer Nicole Lee never says, hey, just sit on the Mini Circle and get a 6 pack. She stresses that no machine is going to ever work out for you, but her machines will make your workouts easier. It if becomes easier and more comfortable to work your abs, then you will do it more. The result will be well toned and defined abs. That is if you follow the diet suggestions and other nuggets that generally come along with her products.

So Again I say let's see what this Mini Circle has to offer on April 25. Heck we don't even know where we can get one other than HSN. Maybe there will be other online outlets or stores to find it. I know it's not there yet, but most of the above items I talked about, including the Ab Circle Pro can be found at The As Seen On TV Store.

You can watch the commercials for products, read info and checkout reviews and testimonials from satisfied and not so satisfied customers. It's all there at the As Seen On TV Store!

The Mini Circle Launch

Well The Mini Circle launch just ended on HSN and it was really impressive. First of all JNL was a bundle of motivating energy. She absolutely killed it on the Mini Circle and anyone who doesn't want one of these after seeing her is totally nuts.

Seriously, the mini circle looks great and looks a little smoother than the Ab Circle Pro. It proved that the circular technology can be delivered in a smaller, yet equally efficient, package and at a lower price. I don't see how the mini circle won't be a huge success.

HSN sold nearly 5000 units in one hour and this happened at midnight. That's huge business, so I  think we can safely say the As Seen On TV Fitness world has changed forever! Way to go JNL!

I just watched the Mini Circle video and let me be the first to say I want a mini circle. That girl makes it look so easy and she looks great. I really want to try one of these things

Just some DVDs on HSN that are called AB Circle Mini but say mini circle on the cover. Are these the same?

I just read that the Ab Circle Pro signed a big deal to sponsor a car in NASCAR so it looks like they are not pulling back on that one. So I wonder how the Mini Circle fits into the over all plans for the company. The Mini looks like it's just as good as the orignial

Yes the "Ab Circle Mini" is the same as the "Mini Circle" but the "Mini Circle" is just a "nickname" for the "Ab Circle Mini".

I had wondered about this. Fascinating advise on the reverse crunch with the ab rocket.
